I have always been intrigued by great design. Whether it is a solid piece of furniture, a nice pair of sunglasses or a well-structured layout, great design has always caught my eye. When I was in elementary school, I designed a Christmas card for a boutique hotel and my design won first place. From that moment on, I knew design would be a big part of my life and my journey began.
I’m currently leading the design experience at Zendesk with a focus on the Triggers & Automations experience where my core goal is to bring clarity to complex enterprise workflow problems. Previously, I was at Centerfield Media where I led the design team for all e-commerce buy flows, call center enterprise applications, and omnichannel initiatives.
I thrive on solving complex problems while balancing user requirements, business objectives and technical feasibility. I am passionate about inclusive design, data visualization and all forms of user testing. I love what I do and I’m always striving to improve my skills.
